What we collect

When you fill in the "get started" form we collect your name, work email, company or newsletter name and link, budget or subscriber range, target audience and anything you write in the notes box. We also log basic technical details (IP address, browser, country) to keep spam out.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you about sponsorships and, if we work together, to plan and run them. With your agreement we share the details needed for a booking (such as your brand and creative, or your newsletter's rates) with the other side of that booking. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering a request you made. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're working together, and for up to 12 months afterwards if we aren't. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@theinboxnetwork.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we host ourselves: it uses no cookies and doesn't identify you personally. The site remembers your light/dark mode choice in your own browser, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're human.
